About Me
A decade of design systems work, built for an AI-first world.
I’ve spent a decade shipping design for our favorite brands. Now I’m sharing what I learned, and why it still matters in an AI-first world.

What I Bring
Craft and pragmatism: high-quality work that actually ships.
Design systems at scale: building the foundations teams build on.
AI-first thinking: understanding where AI changes the practice, and where it still doesn’t.

How I Work
A decade spent making design systems people actually want to use: diagnosed, rebuilt, and proven with real numbers, every time.
01 Diagnose
I start by mapping where a system breaks (for people, for tooling, or for scale) before touching a single component.
02 Architect
Token structures, naming systems, and component APIs get rebuilt with intent, not just polish.
03 Ship with proof
Every system change ships with a measurable before/after: hours saved, friction removed, adoption gained.
04 Hand off the system
Documentation and a clear source-of-truth hierarchy outlive the initial build.
